MagicaVoxel

MagicaVoxel is a free voxel artwork application that exports to the .obj format. It supports only limited file sizes, and it is hard to select and move a piece of a voxel; there is also no primary support. However, it is quite easy to use and fast, allows commercial use, and files can be converted for use in popular games like Minecraft.
