State of Mind is a "futuristic thriller", an adventure game that delves into themes of transhumanism. In it, a real-world dystopia is planning on using a super-powerful AI to create a digital utopia to which all of humanity can escape, a la the Matrix, no longer worrying about material problems. But things are complicated, and there`s also the question: is that, even on its own, right?Truth, DaringState of Mind is largely linear, as you play one of the last journalists standing against a dystopia devouring itself with machinery and madness. Though there are puzzles to solve, they are generally quite easy and the focus of the game is just on seeing and understanding the story.
