Super Cloudbuilt is a 3d platformer in which you take on the role of Demi, an adventurer who must race through various levels of a fantastic floating world to regain her memories and abilities. The core of the game is fast-paced action as Demi runs, jumps and shoots her way through these challenging, colourful environments.A platformer for gamers in a rushThe main game experience in Super Cloudbuilt is the story mode, which increases the number of abilities available to Demi as she progresses through the world. Demi doesn`t have a limitless supply of energy, so you`ll have to manage your resources while navigating tricky levels. Over time you`ll acquire various pieces of gear, including weapons with different fire modes and portable save points which you can drop near particularly challenging sections. Complete levels and you`ll unlock challenge modes for earlier tracks, adding some additional options. In addition to the main story mode, the game also features the Ranked and Rush modes. Together with the challenges, these allow you to unlock new features such as new outfits for Demi. In an unusual feature, you can actually switch off the game`s Borderlands-esque art style to create a simpler visual experience.Tough but exhilaratingIf you like 3d platformers and retro-inspired graphics and don`t mind a reasonably tough challenge, Super Cloudbuilt could be a very rewarding experience.
