GIFViewer is a handy utility and it is FREE. It enables you to view the most popular image standard on the WEB: GIF. And GIFViewer even supports animated GIFs. GIFViewer is a Windows 9x/NT program. If you do a lot of "surfing", you need GIFViewer. View pictures off line by browsing the Cache of your browser software.If your browser does not support animated GIFs, you need GIFViewer.
