Bomes Image Resizer

This program helps you in editing a large number of image files. It will load bmp and jpg images. They can be resized with high quality, cropped (only retain a part of the original image), and rotated (without loosing quality - lossless rotation). Saving is done as jpg image with configurable compression ratio. It can also be used as an image Viewer. The original idea was to use it for web sites where I publish photos in a smaller size than the original (scanned) ones. For example, the photos in my Photo Gallery are resized with Image Resizer. Other use cases include re-compression (to reduce file size), or Create a copy of many photos for mobile use.
