PlaneX

Welcome to the home PaGE for PlaneX, a planing tool for Excel. PlaneX is an Excel add-in to generate yearly and monthly plans with task and resource allocations displayed as time lines to give the user a graphical display of what is being done and used when. The time lines to be displayed can be imported from a standard text file, another Excel sheet or a ProjeX format resource or project file. There are two more basic freeware forms of PlaneX, YeareX and MontheX that give the user the functionality to generate blank year or month planners to annote as required. If you would like to generate other time views that are not currently available please let us know. PlaneX is an Excel add-in to simply generate year and month planners with resources/tasks shown as colored bars. The events to plot can be entered from a variety of sources, currently available are the resource and project task formats used by ProjeX and manual data entry. Other formats will be added as the product develops.
